Further Information
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, resilient self-starter who has recent HR administration experience to join our team and develop your skills and career in HR. You must have first class communication skills, be organised and have the ability to learn quickly to support the delivery of a high quality HR service. You will be given support to develop the skills you need to assist with case work, projects, and the provision of guidance to the administration team. You must have recent experience of working in a HR role, CIPD level 3 or equivalent HR qualification and good IT skills (preferably using an electronic HR system).
You will initially be focussing on absence management and supporting HR casework and projects as they occur. You will also receive coaching to ensure you are able to provide supervisory support to the HR Administrators, including assisting in the identification and organisation of Learning & Development activities.
In return we offer you excellent terms and conditions including a 10% employer contributory pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement and flexible working, death in service insurance cover, local discounts and the chance to work and develop within a dynamic, friendly environment where you can learn, develop and make a difference.
This role is three days per week, however there is the opportunity to increase this to full time by expressing your interest in also working two days per week as a HR Administrator (salary for the dual role would be £20,681). Please detail on your application form whether you are applying for three days per week Assistant HRBP or five days per week in the dual role.
