An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Assistant Headteacher posts at St. Helen’s Primary School. The Governing Body are seeking to appoint innovative, ambitious Assistant Headteachers who want to play an integral part in school improvement and have a significant impact in improving outcomes for all, in a fully inclusive ethos and culture.
St. Helen’s Primary School is a rapidly improving school under the direction of the newly appointed Headteacher and we feel this is an excellent time and opportunity to join St. Helen’s and be part of our journey in securing outstanding outcomes for all.
We are looking for aspiring individuals to join us and strengthen further the Senior leadership team. Dedicated leadership and management time will be given with the expectation to impact across whole school ‘Teaching and Learning.’ This offers an exciting leadership opportunity for the ideal candidate.
St. Helen’s Primary School has 334 pupils inclusive of a 26 place Nursery. We have above average FSM and deprivation. The vision for St. Helen’s Primary School is to ‘enable all pupils (no matter what background or starting point) to achieve their full potential and promote the school as a ‘beacon’ within the community, where aspirations are achieved and dreams are a reality for all pupils, staff and families’.
