An exciting opportunity to work in the property department of a forward thinking and ambitious Local Authority.
The role is for a property graduate (Real Estate or related discipline) to join Newcastle City Council’s Commercial Development & Property Team on a permanent contract.
We have an excellent record in supporting graduates through APC to become MRICS qualified and place great emphasis on Continuing Professional Development.
The ideal candidate would:
• have a degree or equivalent in a discipline qualifying for RICS commercial real estate, planning & development or valuation graduate entry,
• have excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.
The role will include:
• managing a mixed commercial portfolio,
• gaining experience in a wide range of professional property disciplines,
• working with experienced property professionals.
