We are looking for Assistant Surveyors to join our Property Portfolio and Markets Team.
You should hold a degree or equivalent qualification accredited by the RICS (Commercial, Valuations or Planning and Development).
You will be required to undertake general practice surveying duties and advise on property related matters, particularly commercial landlord and tenant. The post also involves working with the project team delivering the innovative proposal to transfer a large proportion of the City’s parks and allotments to a new Charitable Trust.
This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and suitably qualified candidates to join a team delivering creative property solutions for Newcastle.
