We are currently recruiting to the vacant post of Assistant Team Manager based in the Family Placement Team. The postholder will be responsible for a small caseload and will provide reflective supervision, support and modeling for social workers. The postholder will be expected to deputise in the team manager’s absence and support the team manager in attending and chairing meetings

You should possess a recognised Social Work qualification that permits registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You need to have been qualified for at least 3 years and it is desirable that you have obtained a Post Qualifying Award and/or Practice Teachers/Educators Award.

We are looking for reflective practitioners who are committed to continuous improvement, who have a proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with children, families and stakeholders and have excellent organisational, communication and assessment skills.
