Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant

(37 hours per week) – 12 Month contract in the first instance.
Grade E Point 16-18

Required for September 2018, a supportive and creative teaching assistant to work with a range of children in Key Stage 2 with additional behavioural needs.

We are looking for an experienced teaching assistant who wishes to develop their knowledge, skills and practice in the care, development and teaching of children with a range of needs.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they have/are:

• An innovative and creative practitioner with a drive and a passion to ensure that all children achieve
• Experience and a strong understanding of child behaviour support
• The ability to work with teams
• Committed to working in partnership with staff, parents and children, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to offer the school something ‘special’
