Northern Education Trust is a DFE approved charity that sponsors academies to ensure that every student achieves their full potential. The Trust sponsors 20 academies; 10 secondary and 10 primaries across the North of England in ten Local authority regions. There may be some requirement to travel to academies across the Trust.
We are seeking a Bridge Manager at Red House Academy to work as part of the Deep Support Team to promote learning and welfare of vulnerable students and those who experience barriers to learning. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels. They will also have experience of working in an education environment with young people with specific difficulties and vulnerabilities.
You will have first-rate organisational and ICT skills and the ability to multi task and manage a number of conflicting priorities in order to support all related matters.
