The Blyth Academy is seeking to appoint a Bridge Manager. The successful candidate will promote the learning and welfare of vulnerable students and those who experience a barrier to learning. They will work with students, including those with statements of SEN, providing individual assistance and implementing action plans, to maximise achievement.
