An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and enthusiastic person to join the Employability Team as an Action Towards Inclusion Keyworker
Action Towards Inclusion is funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery, through the Community Fund. The programme supports those most distant from work, training and volunteering by offering one to one support to combat a range of issues and barriers.
The Key Worker will be required to deliver a full range of mentoring and support to programme participants as per the Action Towards Inclusion contract key performance indicators.
The successful candidate will be able to:
• Coach and mentor individuals towards the employment market
• Identify appropriate referral pathways for individuals
• Use various information management systems
• Liaise effectively with partners in the contract
