Hartlepool Borough Council offer an exciting apprenticeship opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to develop their skills in building maintenance. As a Building Maintenance Apprentice you will assist in the provision of the diverse range of domestic and commercial works provided by the Building Design & Construction Division, including:
• Responsive Repairs service
• Planned/Programmed Repairs and Maintenance
• Repairs to vacant properties
• Works to disabled adaptations
• Works to capital funded schemes
• Emergency works
• Any other associated work which may arise in the provision of our service
