The successful candidate will work within the Facilities Management Department as part of its Engineering Team, providing engineering expertise in HVAC and BMS. They will play a key part in ensuring the College environment is suitable for teaching and learning.
The role is hands on and will provide both reactive and preventative planned maintenance, which will include providing diagnosis support to other team members and also the supervision and support of contractors. This role will provide the first point of contact for the HVAC and BMS service support engineers.
