The Service Improvement Team are looking for someone who has extensive experience of driving business process reengineering and service improvement as well as excellent stakeholder engagement and organisational change management skills.

The role will involve the delivery and successful implementation of process reviews to support our Customer First Strategy in terms of improving access to services for our customers; implementation of our new CRM system and to enable better and more efficient ways of working.

The post holder will ensure all reviews are effectively managed and controlled through the use of appropriate documentation including the production of timely and effective highlight reports and communication plans to keep all key stakeholders well informed on programme progress.

A positive attitude and strong analytical and communication skills as well as the aptitude and desire to establish a positive customer experience are essential in this role.

The successful candidate needs to be highly motivated, have the ability to work under and respond positively to pressure and manage their own workload in order to meet targets.

It is anticipated that interviews will be held on Wednesday 9th November 2016.

Required qualifications:
• Degree level/equivalent relevant qualification.
• LEAN or equivalent Process Improvement related qualification
