This is an excellent opportunity to assist in the development of adult social care services in Middlesbrough. The role involves supporting the delivery of change projects concerned with the Care Act 2014, Better Care Fund and associated initiatives.

We are looking for a person with a flexible, 'can do' approach, a self-starter able to demonstrate initiative when required, maintain effective communication links with health and social care professionals, key partners, people accessing services and their carers.

Experience of project management and maintaining accurate records will be required together with excellent IT and communication skills and an ability to think creatively with problem solving would be an advantage.
