An opportunity has arisen for a full time Business Support officer to support our Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) and Middlesbrough MACH within Children’s Care.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and IT skills, who can work as part of a team but who is not afraid to take the lead and use their own initiative.
You will attend and participate in regular complex meetings, taking, preparing and circulating notes and minutes.
You will be required to provide a wide range of technical and administrative support including implementing and updating procedures and data entry.
You will ensure that all business support responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and forward thinking person, who is ready to rise to the challenge of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment to support the needs of children and their families in Middlesbrough.
Due to the nature of the work a high level of confidentiality is required.
