3 x 37 hour CARE SUPPORT Grade 4 posts
based in one of the 5 Pathways Hubs –

Temporary initially until 31ST March 2019 subject to further extension

VACANCY NO: AHS/18/100

The hours will be over the five day period of Monday to Friday.

The post will most likely to be based in Durham or Stanley Pathways but may be required to work in one of the other hubs dependent upon service need. The other hubs are based in Peterlee, Newton Aycliffe and Spennymoor.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of the Pathways team supporting individuals with specialist / complex care needs. Pathways Hubs are warm and welcoming, providing excellent resources to help improve and maintain health, wellbeing and happiness in a very person-centred way.

The successful candidates will have their training enhanced to enable them to provide exceptional specialist care and support and will be joining a team that is caring, skilled, responsive and enthusiastic.

The successful applicants for these posts will be required to apply for a Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.

It is anticipated that interviews will be held week commencing 7/5/18.
