A Caretaker is required for September 2018, due to the retirement of the current post holder.
You will be able to carry out minor works and repairs and have skills in line with those of good home maintenance.
You will be reliable and a good time keeper. You will be able to work without supervision and carry out work to a high standard.
You will be required to undertake training on asbestos management and general health and safety requirements from time to time. We can offer a strong supportive team and a strong record of health and safety.
