The post holder will carry out general cleaning, caretaking and general maintenance duties.

Applicants should have experience of caretaking duties and usage of cleaning equipment for cleaning duties. A basic understanding of Health and Safety issues and a working knowledge of routine building maintenance issues are also required.

Basic literacy and numeracy skills are essential.

The successful applicant for this post MAY be required to apply for a Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure / NPPV check.

Interviews are anticipated to be held 18th December 2018 at Spectrum 8.
