The Governors of Shotton Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic caretaker to join our friendly, hardworking and successful school. The successful candidate will be reliable, well-organised, have good communication and practical handyperson skills and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of the school.

Key Responsibilities cover areas of:
Security of premises
Keyholder responsibilities
Operation of heating systems
Basic electrical maintenance
Health & Safety
Minor repairs
Grounds maintenance
Porterage duties
Recording meter readings
Operation of swimming pool plant/daily checks
