Applicants for these casual posts will be responsible for providing support to vulnerable adults in their own home, day services and community. They will be expected to provide personal, domestic, social and practical support as determined by an individual’s assessed needs.
We are looking for applicants who have experience of working with vulnerable adults, are person centered and can demonstrate they can work as part of a team to meet an individual’s needs. You will need to work flexibly as the service offers support to people 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
