Go Gateshead is the newly developed brand for Gateshead Council's sport and leisure service, and operates 6 high quality facilities, including the iconic Gateshead International Stadium, and a community sport and physical activity development function.
Our facilities include the state of the art Technogym equipment in gyms, high quality fitness studios as well as sports halls, squash courts, multi function rooms, Flow rider, and a new Clip n Climb facility at Gateshead Leisure Centre.
Go Gateshead is focussed on achieving a vision of operating without a subsidy from Gateshead Council by 2020, delivering high quality facilities and services that meet the demands of our customers.
Your role will be to deliver fitness classes and assist customers in meeting their goals.
Knowledge of customer expectations within a leisure environment, and basic literacy and numeracy is essential along with a level 2 Exercise to Music or equivalent qualification.
Applicants must have experience of delivering fitness classes, working with customers/groups of people in any setting, and be able to communicate effectively with a range of people.

Immediate start dates are available subject to the relevant checks being made.
