The post holder will assist in providing a high quality service to customers, that is safe, efficient and enjoyed by users in the relevant venue/facility where the post holder is based. The role is customer focused and the successful candidate will be the first line of communication for enquires as well as being responsible for taking bookings and associated payment and assisting with events.

Evidence of working with the public, good interpersonal and communication skills and a customer focused approach are essential.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 GCSE (minimum A-C) or equivalent including English
Language or Literature, or GNVQ Intermediate level or NVQ Level 2 in a related subject

Where our roles are customer facing and you are required to speak to members of the public, the ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
