Hourly Rate: £8.50 per hour
(for 18 years+, lower rate will apply for 16/17 year old, subject to Job Evaluation)
Various hours, including evenings & weekends.
5 week shift pattern.
About the Role
You will work closely with the Senior Leisure Attendants to offer an excellent service to customers. Receptionists play a pivotal role in the operations of the centre being the 1st point of contact for customers.
Duties will include: Following sales and retention procedures, operating the booking system, answering phones, taking payments, cashing up takings and liaising with colleagues in the event of an emergency.
About You
You must have experience in working in a busy customer facing environment. You must be flexible, work as part of a team with good communication skills.
Previous experience of working within a leisure organisation would be desirable.
