We are looking to appoint two Catering Assistants to support our leading Educational Catering Department at Unity City Academy on a casual basis. You will work with a team of ten staff providing high quality meals and hospitality.
Duties will include:
* Working as part of a team of Catering Assistants * Preparation & simple cooking of food and beverages * Serving customers at the counter or from a trolley as required * Achieving prompt efficient services to agreed standards and times. * Assisting with menu planning - production and ordering of food and food requirements. * Maintain excellent food hygiene standards and controls. * Establish and maintain good relationships with staff, students, clients and advisors. * Maintain and develop the service with integrity in the pursuit of excellence.
