Unity City Academy is an 11-16 Academy and proud to be part of the Academies Enterprise Trust family of schools. We are looking to appoint two Catering Assistants to support our leading Educational Catering Department at Unity City Academy on a casual basis. You will work with a team of ten staff providing high quality meals and hospitality.

Duties will include:
* Working as part of a team of Catering Assistants * Preparation & simple cooking of food and beverages * Serving customers at the counter or from a trolley as required * Achieving prompt efficient services to agreed standards and times. * Assisting with menu planning - production and ordering of food and food requirements. * Maintain excellent food hygiene standards and controls. * Establish and maintain good relationships with staff, students, clients and advisors. * Maintain and develop the service with integrity in the pursuit of excellence.
