Required for September 2018. Grade 5 - 30 hours per week, term time only plus 5 days.

We are looking for a creative, ambitious and uncompromisingly determined Catering Manager to join our school from September 2018. Durham Federation is on an incredibly exciting journey and has been transformed over the last 18 months, we are now ready to move on with the next level of our development plan in order to grow and nurture ambitious, confident and respectful young people. As Catering Manager you will be a pivotal part of this with our new state of the art catering facilities due to open in October 2018.

To be successful in this role you will need to love catering and radiate this genuine passion to all you come into contact with. You must lead from example and be resilient and energetic. You must be able to maintain rigorous and robust monitoring systems whilst innovating, collaborating and taking well calculated risks to develop and improve our menus to ensure all our students are given a wide variety of high standard food. You must be a strategic thinker who can lead our catering team with honest and inspirational leadership.
