Working with the Chief Executive and the most senior management of the organisation, this is a great opportunity for a skilled programme management professional to make a major contribution to the transformation of the Council and the services it provides to local people.
The postholder will lead on the development, governance and implementation of the Council’s transformation portfolio (its Change Programme), which includes a range of interrelated programmes, covering digitisation, commercialisation, partnership working, among others.
The successful applicant will be a highly-motivated individual, with proven skills in programme management, and experience of successfully managing corporate transformation programmes or projects.
