CIVIL ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
(ASSET MANAGEMENT, MIDDLEFIELDS OFFICES, SOUTH SHIELDS)
£8.75 per hour - 40 Hours Per Week + Weekend and Bank Holiday Allowance
You will be responsible for guaranteeing that policies and legislation in respect of Parking Controls are conformed to on public streets and in car parks. This will include issuing Penalty Charge Notices to vehicles in contravention of the Regulations.
The successful candidate will be extremely trustworthy, with excellent customer service and communication skills and be assertive and polite when dealing with people in difficult situations. You will enjoy working outdoors and as the role involves a lot of walking you will also need to be physically able to meet the demands of the post. Candidates must be flexible as you will be required to work various shifts between the hours of 8.00 am and 8.00 pm Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays).
