An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team of Civil Enforcement Officers, within the Integrated Enforcement Team. We operate Civil Parking Enforcement to control parking, waiting and loading restrictions across the town and also look after the Council’s town centre car parks and Residents Parking Schemes.

It is essential that you have a good standard of general education, experience in dealing with the public, good communication skills, the ability to work on own initiative unsupervised and are able to carry out duties involving a significant amount of walking in all weather conditions on a daily basis.

Experience of working in a car parking operation and knowledge of pay and display parking equipment is desirable.

In this position you will be working various shift patterns between the hours of 07.30 – 17.30 and will include weekend working.
