An exciting opportunity exists within our Academy at Shield Row Primary School for a Teacher to join our teaching team. We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who will be able to:

• Set high expectations that inspire, motivate and challenge pupils.
• Promote good progress and outcomes for pupils.
• Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge.
• Plan and teach well-structured lessons.
• Adapt teaching and differentiate effectively.

• Actively be involved in ensuring the very best outcomes for every child putting the needs and welfare of children above all else.
• Engage actively and positively with parents.
• Manage behaviour effectively and in line with school policy.
• Assess accurately.
• Show a commitment to working collaboratively within the Trust.

The selection process will consist of a structured panel interview and lesson observation that is expected to take place in week commencing 18 June 2018 in school.
