Do you want to work in a dynamic, exciting team within our energised and expanding Academy? Are you proud, unique and ambitious? We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and inspirational Class Teacher to join our team and to work alongside the senior management team and Board of Directors to ensure excellence at our Academy. There is a wealth of opportunities to lead many different aspects of the school depending on your interests and experience. The successful candidate will:
• Have drive, passion, determination and boundless energy;
• Be able to lead by example, especially in teaching and learning;

• Have high expectations of him/herself, all children and the school community as a whole;
• Be a really good teacher who never gives up on children and finds ways to inspire them to make as much progress as possible;
• Have proven leadership skills in order to take a lead role in initiatives which contribute to whole school improvement;
• Analyse pupil performance data and create and implement action plans to improve performance;
• Actively contribute to the development of community relationships;
• Be open to new ways of working and prepared to lead staff to improve practice in all areas.
