Class Teacher Early Years Phase Lead Required from 01 September 2018 – 31 August 2019 Permanent M1 – M6 plus TLR 2a We are seeking applications from talented EY Teachers interested in contributing to the development of our Early Years Phase at Dene House. We are looking for a capable and motivated Qualified Teacher who will be able to support, hold to account, develop, challenge, motivate and lead the Early Years Phase Team to: • Set high expectations that inspire, motivate and challenge team members to develop a dynamic team. • Promote good progress and outcomes for pupils by creating, maintaining and developing a progressive, modern and
  forward thinking phase. • Make a significant contribution to the Senior Leadership Team and continued improvement of the school. • Lead and co-ordinate accurate assessment. • Maximise pupil and parental engagement. • Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge with regard to what constitutes high quality early years
  educational provision. • Prepare and present accurate and coherent accounts of pupil progress, attainment and the use of premium
  allocations. • Instil and maintain an ethos and vision to secure outstanding teaching, learning and pupil outcomes for all children in
  the phase. • Be committed to valuing every child and ensure everyone in the team shares that view. • Actively be involved in ensuring the very best outcomes for every child putting the needs and welfare of children above
  ;all else. • Engage actively and positively with parents, Trust colleagues and third party professionals. • Contribute to day to day leadership as necessary. • Ensure whole school policy is adhered to within the phase without exception. • Embrace available expertise from Trust colleagues show a commitment to working collaboratively within the Trust.
