The Governors of Yohden Primary School are looking to appoint a committed, talented and creative teacher to lead on Safeguarding, Disadvantaged Children and Inclusion, with effect from January 2019 or earlier.

The successful applicant will:

• first and foremost put children at the heart of their teaching
• have experience of supporting children and their families , leading ‘Team around the Family’ and attending Child Protection Meetings
• have experience of evaluating data and the use of pupil premium funding
• a proven track record of sustained, significant improvement in teaching and learning
• be able to manage demanding roles and competing pressures
• demonstrate the highest standards in teaching and learning.
• have a proven track record of ,fostering positive relationships with staff, pupils, parents, carers and governors
• be willing to participate fully in all aspects of school life
• have an deep understanding of the National Curriculum
