School Cleaner Opportunity

Hours: 12.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Successful candidates will work as part of a team to clean designated areas within the school. Duties will include damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming. Areas for cleaning will include children/staff toilets, classrooms, porch areas, corridors and staff areas. No experience is necessary as training will be given.

This post is not open to job share.

The successful applicant will be available to take up their new post at the beginning of the Autumn Term 2 2018. The post is offered initially on a one year fixed term basis with a view to extension subject to funding and performance and will be based in South Hetton Primary School. The salary for this post is Grade 1 scp 10-11 £16,863 - £17,007 pro rata.
