We are looking to appoint a cleaner to help keep our school clean and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

15 hours per week (2.45pm – 5.45pm daily) Term time plus 5 days.

Required from: 22nd February 2021

Able to work independently or as part of a team, you will be responsible for cleaning designated areas such as classrooms, specialist areas, corridors and toilets but will also work flexibly as directed to ensure all areas of the site are well-maintained. Main duties will include carrying out a range of cleaning activities including mopping, sweeping, dusting, emptying bins, cleaning and polishing.

Previous experience of cleaning in a commercial setting will be an advantage as you will be required to operate a range of cleaning equipment and work to the school’s health and safety protocols. Excellent attendance, reliability and punctuality are important to us and the ideal candidate will also have some flexibility with their working hours.
