37hrs permanent posts -Seaham, Peterlee and East Durham Locality

We are looking to appoint Clerical officer/Receptionists within Business Services to provide a professional, effective and efficient receptionist service and general administrative support to visitors, callers, users and members of the One Point, Families First and Pre-Birth Services.

Duties include:

Reception duties, dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone answering and message taking, ordering, data entry, file management, including scanning and archiving, typing duties including the production of posters and display materials, arranging transport, issue and recording of petty cash transactions, booking rooms and diary management.

Required Qualifications: 4 GCSEs (A-C grades including English Language or Literature) or GNVQ Intermediate in Business) or, NVQ 2 Business (or equivalent related subject).
