Role: Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer

Precept size: 166k
Hours: 24 – Office Based, with at least two evening meetings monthly
Location: Pelton Parish Council Office, Pelton Community Centre, Front St, Pelton DH2 1DE
Salary: To be agreed dependent upon qualifications and experience £14,000 to £22,122 for 24 hours

We are looking for an enthusiastic and articulate person for the position of Clerk and R.F.O.

Applicants should have proven organisational and administrative skills, financial management experience, be fully computer literate and have the ability to work to deadlines.

Knowledge of local government and CiLCA qualification is desirable, however, training and support will be provided.

Expected start date 17th September 2018 but flexible
