The service leads and facilitates the Councils community engagement activity, ward governance priority setting, community projects, and partnerships and associated activity. We manage, monitor and evaluate community based projects and activity to ensure the Council and local communities focus on devolution, active citizenship and behavioural change facilitating conversations to empower individuals, groups and children and young people.
You will have experience in developing and delivering successful community engagement and empowerment projects and activities and be confident in capturing, managing, interpreting and communicating information appropriately. You will have excellent communication and listening skills with the ability to effectively build and maintain relationships.
