Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council's Adult Learning Service are looking to employ an innovative and experienced, Community Learning & Skills Organiser to join our team.

The job role will involve leading, managing and inspiring a team to deliver and drive change in our provision. If you have excellent management experience and capable of providing inspirational leadership, along with good communication, organisational skills and experience of working in disadvantaged communities in a variety of settings a relevant adult teaching qualification is essential and a UCAP subject Specialist level 4/5 in English and or maths would be desirable
