We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced Complaints and Information Request Investigator.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, credible and comfortable working with the public and senior officers.

The post will undertake complex complaints investigations on behalf of children’s services in accordance with statutory processes and guidance and will facilitate and process Subject Access Requests providing information to people who apply to see records held about them by Children’s Services under the Data Protection Act and General Data protection Regulation.

Knowledge of Local Authority processes for Subject Access Requests and Complaints will be advantageous.
