This post offers an exciting opportunity to work in a commercially focussed public sector Building Services Division.
We are seeking a suitably qualified individual, experienced in working with a range of clients and building strong relationships. Excellent leadership skills are essential and you will help manage a large multi-disciplined construction team.
You should have a proven track record in successful projects and resource management on both large and small new construction and refurbishment contracts, delivering to budget and timescales.
The NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety is also essential to the role however if you don’t currently hold this qualification we would expect you to obtain it as soon as practicable following appointment and this will be paid for by the Council.
