We are seeking to appoint a well-organised Course File and Planning Support Officer to join our MIS, Funding & Compliance team. You will provide support for the effective operation of Curriculum Planning & Monitoring systems, ensuring viability of curriculum models and timely monitoring of performance against targets as well as the coordination, setting up and maintenance of the College’s course master file.

The successful post holder should have experience of working within a Student Records function in an FE/HE Education sector, including course setup and knowledge of funding methodologies.

You will also have experience and understanding of data requirements and processing, be highly numerate with an analytical approach to problem solving, excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate well at a senior level, ability to plan and prioritise your own work load, work to tight deadlines and be prepared to work flexibly according to the needs of the service.

A good standard of IT Skills including all Microsoft packages, with experience using 4Cast planning tool and ProSolution student records or similar system would be an advantage.

Due to the nature of this post you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
