If you are an experienced and ambitious professional with a high degree of technical and analytical skills and experience of working with high impact services, then there has never been a better time to join Together for Children, a unique company with a focus on driving improvement for children and families in Sunderland.

You will have experience of working within a customer feedback role, where you have gained hands-on experience of dealing with initial customer feedback including compliments and responding to complaints. You will have proven customer management skills and the ability to provide an efficient, courteous, informative and responsive service to members of the public.

We are looking to recruit a proactive Customer Feedback Officer who has good knowledge of the children’s statutory complaints process. The successful candidate will be a committed, creative and passionate professional who has experience of dealing with complaints and who thrives on learning from customer experience to inform and drive forward service improvement.
You will also have excellent communication and organisational skills, enjoy challenging situations and be able to create a positive working atmosphere. Above all, you must have energy and enthusiasm and be able to add demonstrable value.
