This is an exciting opportunity to join the Councils busy telephone Contact Centre. You will be responsible for providing an effective frontline telephony service to support the efficient delivery within the Councils Contact Centre and contribute towards a positive, vibrant environment of development and learning, focused on the needs of the customer and providing excellent customer service in line with performance targets.

Duties will involve answering telephone calls and dealing with service requests and enquiries in a very busy Contact Centre for a range of council services. You will be required to extract and interpret data using comprehensive IT packages in order to meet demands in service. We require excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly including early mornings and evening shifts.
