The successful candidate will display excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate their ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as under their own initiative. A strong customer focus, team working ethics and a strong commitment to deliver customer excellence are essential attributes. Standards of service delivery will be subject to monitoring and review in line with the Council's Performance Management Framework for publicly funded Contact Centres.
