As a Customer Service Specialist in our newly created Customer Service Centre you might be the first person our customer speaks to and your engagement with them will define the service they receive. You will be the person that makes the difference by being:

· Dedicated to providing an effective, professional and ethical and service to everyone who contacts us

The creation of our dedicated Customer Service Centre is one of the ways we will continue to provide a professional service to customers who contact us by resolving all queries at first contact. As part of the team, you will possess an in-depth knowledge of a number of processes and will use your judgement to apply the correct approach to resolve them.

About the role:
· Career graded post up to £19, 521 with shift allowance
· Shift working Monday to Sunday, 8am to Midnight
· Based at Northern Communications Centre, Ponteland
· An exciting new team where Customer Service is always outstanding
