Further information

You will provide an efficient, professional customer care, postal, porterage and security service. This will include greeting visitors, handling customer queries, building security, processing incoming and outgoing post, and postal and porterage deliveries.

Ideal candidates will have sound communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and respect confidentiality is vital. You must be committed to providing excellent customer service and have a flexible approach. Previous experience in either a post room, reception or security background is essential.

You must be able to provide cover for holidays and sickness for the alternate shift pattern. In addition, cover may also be required at evenings and weekends.

You may be required to respond to alarm call outs as part of a call out team.
