The Governors of St Columba’s RC Primary School wish to appoint a highly motivated and inspirational Deputy Headteacher to enhance the leadership and management of our friendly, successful and hardworking school. We are seeking a practising Roman Catholic committed to the ethos and vision of Catholic education to work in partnership with all at the heart of our community.

Governors are seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who:
• is an outstanding classroom practitioner and exceptional role model; passionate in developing high standards and expectations for all pupils;
• has a proven track record for raising children’s attainment and sustaining school improvement;
• is committed to working as part of a team to implement a clear and strategic vision; build professional relationships, develop and support colleagues;
• will take a full and active role in all aspects of school life.
