Further information
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Administration Assistant to join our main office team. Reporting to the Office Manager, the role will have particular responsibility for responding to queries at the student window, providing emergency and routine first-aid treatment as part of the first aid team, answering telephone calls and relaying messages to staff and students, assisting with visitors, liaising with parents and staff alongside other general administrative tasks. Experience of school administration and SIMS would be an advantage, but is not essential as training will be provided.
The successful candidate will have a caring disposition and enjoy working with young people aged 13-18.
A minimum of GCSE or equivalent level in English and Maths is desirable, along with excellent administrative and communication skills.
