Enthusiastic, well organised and positive colleague wanted to support the work of the school and 6th Form college base as it strives to ensure the pupils and students achieve the very best they can. The post will be to provide reception services for the college and school its users and also to undertake routine general and financial administration. Knowledge of SIMS is essential. The post also involves a variety of admin for school and college base. Also you must have the ability to specifically manage student data, school census and attendance reports for all school aged pupils. Applicants should have excellent communication, numeracy and ICT skills, good understanding and ability to use relevant technology, eg. photocopier and be able to work flexibly in a very busy demanding environment.

Applicants should also have very good interpersonal, communication skills and be able to work independently. You must have a sense of fun and the ability to work accurately under pressure. A willingness to be involved in the life of the school is desirable.

You will work 30 hours per week. Hours will be during school time and split between Queen Alexandra College and school site. Tuesday and Thursday will be at college base 9.00am – 1.30pm and Mon, Wed and Fri 9.00am -4.30pm (college and school)
