Further information

Due to the retirement of the current Office Manager, Backworth Park Primary would like to appoint an experienced Administrative Supervisor to manage the school office.

Currently, the school is in a process of transition to a new building and anyone appointed to this post would have a significant role to play in this move.
Whilst the school is one form entry, it is expected to increase in size over the next few years and will be introducing new opportunities such as 30 hour provision and after-school care.

The Administrative Supervisor will be a crucial role in the establishment of the new school and systems and policies and will be responsible, alongside the Executive Head for managing the school budget, leading procurement, managing service contracts and managing complex administrative procedures. The Administrative Supervisor will line-manage an office apprentice and will be front of house for parents.

This post is term time over 195 days.
