Silverdale is a special school in North Tyneside for students with social emotional and mental health difficulties.

Do you have Maths based Degree? Could you teach GCSE Maths to Higher level? Do you want to work with Challenging Students? Is your long term ambition to be a Teacher? If so then this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for a dedicated, innovative and inspiring professional to fit into our well established staff team. Someone who has the strength of character to take on personal challenges, has stamina and will undertake the pastoral role of support as well as the curricular. Though personal qualities are of paramount importance it would be essential to have a level of expertise in Mathematics and be able to teach to GCSE Higher level.

The successful candidate would have the opportunity to access a wide CPD program and be supported to achieve NQT status.
